Come on Bill, Fix the speach impediment.

Since everyone has had their little rants about the flashy new shell, restart mitigation, the new stacks (network and sound), windows installer 3.0 and the worlds ugliest re-incarnation of Active Destop since windows 95 (a.k.a Gadgets) i think it’s about time I had a moan.
All this new stuff is great, the shell is now twice as expensive to run, but thats OK because restart mitigation has made it unneccessary to reboot, and should the shell die, process explorer (which MS just baught from SysInternals) will be there to open it back up.
My question is, has Win-dows still got the speach impedimenrt, or will I still be running “Wimbows 98 South East”
